Chef Robin has prepared the following menu for our 7:15 pm diner schedule:

  • Green Salad with Sapsucker Birch Syrup vinaigrette and crispy Great Slave Lake Trout skin
  • Bison tartar with juniper crackers
  • Great Slave Lake Trout en papillote with morel mushrooms and asparagus
  • Strawberry bannock shortcake with locally harvested Labrador tea syrup, black pepper and juniper cream
  • Cash bar of locally brewed beer and imported wines
